You are on a road trip with your family. You are traveling from your state across several others to arrive at your destination. You come to an isolated rural town with a small population.
As you stop for the night to rest, you enter a restaurant and are tossed out because you are white.
This incident is repeated at the only other open restaurant in town. For some reason, the restaurant owners in this town just happen to hate white people.
You decide to stop for gas so you can just go on to the next town. It is the same story as at the restaurants, no white people served. Your children are hungry and restless, but there is nothing you can do. After all, the business owners have a right to decide who they can serve.
You can't move on to the next town so you decide to stay at a motel for the night and figure out how to solve the problem in the morning, it is starting to snow so you don't have much time.
You beg and plead for shelter, but whitey isn't welcome.
As you freeze the night away in the car, you notice your child begins to suffer hypothermia. Surely a doctor could not be racist, they help everyone!
Well, just your bad luck, his practice is his business and he can be forced to serve no man.
As you return to the car, hungry and cold and sick and frustrated, you take solace in the fact that at least you live in a country that protects EVERYONE'S rights.
